Episode 3: The Importance of Signs
In this episode, we’re breaking down the most important road signs every truck driver needs to pay attention to. From stop signs to bridge clearances and even those rare “Trucks Left Lane Only” signs. Each one plays a critical role in keeping us safe on the road. When we respect the signs, we protect our lives, our careers, and everyone around us.
Episode 2: Why I Started Talking About Mental Health?
Too many drivers feel alone, unheard, and overwhelmed while keeping America moving. This channel is a safe space to talk about the struggles we face on the road and remind every driver that your mind matters.
Was There Really A Driver Shortage?
From where I stand as a truck driver, I don’t believe we have a shortage of people willing to haul freight in this country — we have a shortage of drivers willing to work for pennies. For years, certain companies have relied on drivers who are in the U.S. illegally or who obtained their CDLs improperly. And because many of those drivers are pushed into accepting much lower wages, it’s driven rates down across the industry. Even long-standing American trucking companies have been forced out of business because they can’t compete with those unfair labor practices.
Now, with the federal crackdown removing thousands of unlawfully licensed drivers from the road, the big question becomes: will this finally open the door for fair pay and fair opportunities for American drivers? If the industry truly needs more drivers, let’s raise the bar — promote the job, pay what the job is worth, and invest in the professionals who are trained, legal, and committed to running these highways safely.
Do you think this could be the turning point where truckers finally earn the rates we deserve?
Episode 1: My Story
In this first episode, I open up about something I’ve stayed silent on for far too long.
